At Ciasa Sabine, every detail is designed to offer you a stress-free holiday. We have private parking, free Wi-Fi, bike and sports equipment storage, an outdoor children's play area and ski boot warmer in winter. Pets are allowed on request and by reservation. The apartments are modern, air-conditioned, with fully equipped kitchens and dishwashers, private bathrooms, and outdoor spaces with panoramic views. The garden is available for guests to use, with a large lawn and sun loungers to enjoy the sun and fresh air of the Dolomites. Families will find comfort and privacy, while sports enthusiasts will appreciate the strategic location for hiking and outdoor activities. Ciasa Sabine is ideal for those seeking relaxation, authenticity and direct contact with nature.
Prices
Summer and winter season
Prices are indicated per apartment per night, for a minimum stay of 3 nights (during high season 6 nights).
Children up to 3.99 years stay free of charge.
In any case, don't hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, will take into account your special requirements.
All prices include: VAT, outdoor parking, ski/bike room, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection, outdoor garden and final cleaning (except extraordinary cleaning).
The prices do not include the local tourist tax of EUR 2.60 per person (aged 14 and over) per night.
Additional services (not included in the accommodation price):

Apartments are reserved from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 9:00 am on the day of departure. Check-in is possible from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (we kindly ask you to inform us about 30 minutes before your arrival).
Upon departure, guests are kindly asked to leave their apartment clean and tidy. Whenever extra cleaning is required, the management has the right to apply additional charges. Although roads are well maintained during winter, please note that winter tires or snow chains are mandatory.
Booking and cancellation policy:
The booking is considered binding only after the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the entire price of your stay. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Please transfer the deposit by bank transfer to the following account:

Cancellation policy:
- up to 30 days before arrival: deposit will be refunded;
- from 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged;
- from 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the total price will be charged;
- less than 3 days before arrival or no show: 100% of the total price will be charged.

The final bill is settled the day before departure and can be paid as follows:
- in cash for a total amount of less than € 2,000.00;
- by bank transfer (in this case, the payment must be completed at least 3 days before your arrival);
- by credit card (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Euro Card) and/or debit card.
In case of late arrival, early departure or unoccupied beds, the price will be charged as per reservation.
Guests are asked to inform the owners about visitors.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
Small pets are allowed, upon prior agreement and surcharge, only in some apartments and provided that their owners accept full responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
During your stay, we reserve the right to enter the apartments for inspection purposes.
